Returns Policy

The returns period is 14 days after Aus Post mark item as being delivered, after this time frame we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Breakages need to be reported within 48 hrs of delivery. 
Custom items including anything that has a custom name is not refundable unless faulty. If an item is faulty it needs to be posted back to Little Red Foxes at the cost of the buyer. On inspection if we deem it to be faulty we will replace the item and refund the cost of return postage back to the buyer.
Change of mind for will include a 20% restock fee. Personalised items can not be refunded. Original postage costs will not be refunded on any returns products. Additions such as rush my order will not be refunded unless the item was not shipping within the allocated time period. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. 
If you have put in the incorrect address it is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping redirection.

Sale or Clearance items cannot be refunded.

Replacement or Exchanges are only available on damaged or defective items - in this case the same item will be sent out.

Pre Order

When Pre Ordering a product the full cost of the item needs to be paid up front. Once the items arrives to us we then allow a turnaround of 5 business days.

Change of mind for will include a 20% restock fee. Personalised items can not be refunded.

 

Postage Times

Items are sent via Australia Post.

Standard Postage times with tracking can take up to 15 business days to arrive.

Express Postage can take between 1-5 Business days. Please note that selecting the Express Postage option only give your Express Post and does not move your order up the line. To jump ahead please select the Rush My Order option.
